Horizontal DVD Club

Amazing total body workouts every month. For those of you who are ready to work hard and want amazing results, this club is for you. There is nothing quite like a Horizontal Conditioning workout. For many, workouts may be too difficult, however, for those of us who have worked up to the challenge, the Horizontal DVD Club provides the “confusion” and “challenge” that your muscles need. There are several options:

101 Horizontal DVD Club - 20-25 minute workout utilizing minimal props. Challenging, but basic moves. Great workouts to add to cardio days. The 101 DVD’s are also great workouts to get you stronger and ready for the Hard Core DVD’s.

Hard Core Horizontal DVD Club - 50-55 minute workout utilizing a variety of props (step, stability ball, gliding discs, weights, body bar). Creative and intense. Perfect for that Hard Core person wanting an at home workout, or for instructors or personal trainers wanting new ideas for class and clients. Workouts are advanced.

Regardless of the club you join, you can discontinue your membership at any time. I do not want anyone in the club that is not looking forward to getting their dvd each month.

I frequently give talks to businesses in the Birmingham area. Recently I was asked to speak in Greenwich Connecticut at a country club. I gave a basic Horizontal class followed by a nutrition lecture on Girls 40+...What’s Going On. We had a great turn out, and it was so informative and fun! I would love to do more of these seminars. It is so important to teach people how to take care of their bodies from the inside out. It’s an investment that is well worth it!

For those of you who have come to one of my SCW Mania nutrition classes or have read my Fuel + Fitness book and want a little bit of “fine tuning”, this consult is for you. You know the Fuel + Fitness basics, but you may need just a little bit of help applying the guidelines to your life. These consults work great when you are ready to work and make changes. Consults are done by phone. Journals are emailed to me on the morning of our meetings. It is a great way to make sure you are putting everything together correctly.
